Two MCP tools let your agent see the technologies a company uses, such as “What CRM does canva.com use?” or “Which of these companies use Salesforce?”. They return the same data as the Tech Intelligence API. Both tools are on the Firmable MCP server. You don’t need to set anything up: ask your agent about a company’s technologies and it uses them. Neither tool returns the company profile. For that, your agent uses get_company.

get_tech_intel

Returns every technology one company uses, 100 per page.

Inputs

Replies

The reply has success: true and the same fields as the API response: the company’s id, total, tech_intelligence (up to 100 technologies) and next_cursor. If next_cursor is there, more technologies remain. Call again with the same company and cursor set to it, and stop when next_cursor is missing.

bulk_get_tech_intel

Returns the technologies of up to 200 companies in one call.

Inputs

Replies

Companies are sent 100 at a time. If a batch fails, for example because you’ve run out of credits, the records from earlier batches are kept and message says where it stopped. To see every technology of a company, use get_tech_intel.

Credits

Both tools cost the same as the Tech Intelligence API:
  • 1 credit per technology, up to 5 per company.
  • You pay once per company. Later pages, repeat calls and companies you’ve already paid for are free.
Credits come from your subscription credits, then add-on credits.

Ask your agent:
  • “Use Firmable to list the technologies canva.com uses.”
  • “Which marketing tools does atlassian.com use, and how recently were they seen?”
  • “For each of these domains, does the company use Salesforce?”
